Our corporate offices and National Model Home Center are both located in Central Missouri.
National Model Home Center
Our National Model Home Center is conveniently located in Central Missouri on Interstate 70 midway between St. Louis and Kansas City. I-70 Exit #144 (the Hatton exit.) The models are located on the South Outer Rd just past the big Fireworks Stand.
The closest cities are Columbia (Hway 63)to the west and Kingdom City (Hway 54) to the east.
OPEN: The Model Home Center is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Saturday. On Sunday it is open Noon to 5:00.

Just South of New Bloomfield, Mo. on Old Hwy 54, you will find our 10,000 square foot office, design center, and fully decorated showroom. Our lumber yard facility is also located here. Our manufacturing plant and log yard is located 5 miles from our office. (Note: This office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm. It is closed weekends. We have four GLH models at our National Model Home Center
- The Seven Gables about 3000 sf
- The Caroline about 1800 sf
- The Hide-A-Way about 1000 sf
- Log Cabin 2 Go about 400 sf
The Seven Gables is a fully furnished and decorated model home. It features 3062 square feet of living space. (1855 sf on the main level, 1157 on the second floor, and a full basement) A fresh design constructed of our 8” X 8” oak logs with distinctive saddle notched corners, the Seven Gables is one of our most popular designs. Lots of glass, bright, open floor plan, you will not want to miss this beautiful home.
The Caroline: Part of our Silver Anniversary Collection the Caroline is the perfect 3-bedroom 2 ½ baths 1800 sf plan. Master Bedroom/Bath downstairs, 2 bedrooms up. Plenty of living space with an optional loft above the kitchen. The Caroline features our 8” square log with chinking and dove tail notched corners. Gray exterior stain gives it a unique look with a beautiful natural oak interior.
The Hide-A-Way: Step next door to experience the efficient comfort of our Hide-A-Way design. Want to know what’s included in our Deluxe package? We have left the interior unfinished so you may see all of the parts and pieces that go into one of our standard packages. At 965 square feet, the Hideaway is a gem of restrained design and thoughtful planning. With our 8” X 6” logs and butt and pass corners it is the perfect “Hide-A-Way” log cabin in the woods.
Our newest addition to our model home center is our GLH Log Cabin 2 Go. The 400 sf park model cabin is the perfect get-a-way on wheels. There’s nothing primitive about these beautifully finished, full-log cabins. The LC2Go feature a full kitchen with appliances, optional front porch, private bedroom, full bath and a metal roof. Don’t miss this unique GLH oak log cabin.
