The butt and pass corner is our “standard” corner. This overlapping corner creates “spaces” between the rows for the authentic log home appearance.
The Pre-Notched corner is an option that is popular with round interior log buyers. The notch into the round surface makes construction faster and easier.
The Saddle Notched, Interlocking corner provides solid corners that are cut to interlock together. Note that we do not start with a half log on opposite walls. This means that on the interior of your home, the log walls will be even rather than staggered. The end result is a much nicer, symmetrical interior log wall.
Swedish Cope Saddlenotch corners are the standard corner with our Swedish Cope Round Log profiles.
True dovetailed corners are available on all our 8” X 8” logs in any profile.
