Our Back To Basics plans include our most affordable offerings. Based on straightforward designs and efficient use of materials, these homes have proven to be extremely cost effective without sacrificing quality, space or livability.

Consumer demand was the driving force of our Anniversary Collection. All four of these plans feature a first floor master bedroom/bathroom suite, laundry room, and guest bath plus 2 bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. These plans can be easily customized and modified. A garage can be added to any plan.

Sized right, these single story homes feature log cabin living in 1200 square feet or less.

Reflecting the demand for single story homes with two or three bedrooms our “Comfortable Living” series has many universal design features for mature adults.

These log home plans feature lofts, porches, dormers and other classic design features found in traditional log homes. All plans may be modified or customized for your individual tastes.

Among the most popular GLH designs the Country Estate Series encompasses many award winning designs and homes featured in log home magazines. These larger homes include our story and a half and two story GLH plans. The series also includes our flagship Seven Gables design which is the feature home at our National Model Home Center. All plans may be modified and/or customized.
